An actor.

It all started with my father, I believe. Or perhaps even before him. He was a talented, highly intelligent, romantic, and melancholic man who dreamed of being an actor, a singer, a public personality.

I’m sure he subconsciously longed to be known, loved, and accepted—like all dreamers on this path. He wanted to shine through the applause of others.

Initially, I too sought this acceptance and recognition. Until one day, I realized it made no sense to look for anything less than the truth—the truth about life, about love, about simply being. I began to view acting from another perspective.

Fed up with falsity and begging casting directors for acceptance, and people in general for love and validation, I found everything I was looking for within myself.
